Vanderzwaag wins second stylist of the year award

Mia Vanderzwaag has proven that 2010 was no fluke.

The Red Deer woman recently topped a field of 215 hair stylists to claim the 2012 Makeover Challenge Stylist of the Year Award during Chatters Canada’s annual Stylist Connection conference.

Her prizes include a trip to Montreal with her model for a photo session and placement on the cover of the February 2013 edition of Canadian Hairdresser.

Vanderzwaag, who works at the Chatters Salon in Parkland Mall, won the same award two years ago.
