New Westlake boardwalk under construction
Tar-ific Construction employee Chris Closs works on the new boardwalk being install on the pond in the Westlake subdivision in Red Deer on Wednesday.
The feature which includes a wheelchair accessible ramp is one of two boardwalk structures being installed along the pond on the south end of the subdivision.
