Rail rider
Theron Gustafson concentrates to stay on the homemade snowboard rail he made in the alley behind his Clearview Meadows home Tuesday. The 15-year-old fashioned the ramp from an old storage box and picnic table and the rail from surplus lumber. Many city high school students are enjoying some extra time off from school when they aren’t hunkered down at desks writing final exams.
