Tangled art
Chris Sisson, left, Karen Jackson and Roxanne Fairweather work on Zentangle art pieces to adorn reusable coffee cups at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Monday.
Invented by a pair of artistic New Yorkers, Zentangle is the use of repetitive patterns to create freeform art.
The Red Deer class was hosted by the Central Alberta Quilters Guild and taught by Val Kildaw and Kathleen Henderson, the province’s only certified Zentangle instructors.
