35th anniversary to be marked with shows of Blood Brothers
For 35 years, the Innisfail Town Theater has delighted audiences and to celebrate, they plan 10 shows of Blood Brothers, a play by Willie Russell.
The play tells the story of twins separated at birth. It compares their growth and life paths through nature versus nurture.
The performances start on Thursday with the general performance at the Ol’ Moose Hall in Innisfail, 5103 49th St. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 7 p.m.
Tickets to the general show cost $20 and can be purchased from The Leg Man in Innisfail, at 5036 50th St. or by calling 403-227-5966.
A Sunday brunch performance is scheduled for May 4 with doors opening at 12 p.m. and the show starting at 2 p.m.
Tickets to the brunch show cost $40.
The eight other shows, all dinner theatre performances, are scheduled for April 25 and 26, and May 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10. Doors open 6 p.m. with the show starting at 7:30 p.m.
