New Red Deer art gallery celebrates opening

Gallery on the Alley is showing works by 12 local artists

Red Deer’s Gallery on the Alley is having a grand opening celebration on Wednesday evening.

The art gallery at the back of Alberta Art and Drafting is showcasing work by a dozen Alberta artists. Many of the artists will be attending the 6 to 8 p.m. reception to meet the public. All of their art is for sale and available for purchase during or after the opening.

The public is welcome to attend the event and share some snacks and punch.
