Bleackley goal lifts Rebels over Warriors
RED DEER, Alta. — Rookie forward Conner Bleackley notched the deciding goal in a shootout to give the Red Deer Rebels a 2-1 WHL win over the Moose Jaw Warriors Saturday.
Mathew Dumba scored a third-period goal for Red Deer (15-11-1-1). Moose Jaw (8-11-3-4) got a second-period goal from Justin Kirsch.
Rebels netminder Patrik Bartosak made 42 saves, while Daniel Wapple blocked 28 shots for the Warriors.
