SLIDESHOW — Nobody does Christmas lights like the Von Hollens
A note from Alfred Von Hollen:
This year I have 4,000 photos to give to our visitors that are sponsored by our Extra Foods and Spongberg Enterprises.
Please ask your readers to walk through our yard. There is so much to see that cannot be seen from the front street or back lane.
We also collect for our local food bank, but donations are NOT mandatory, strictly voluntary. Last year we collected almost 3,000 pounds for the food bank.
The video that Randy Fiedler did last year is terrific. I don't know if you have looked lately, but it had over 200,000 hits last I looked.
Light up times: 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Dec. 1 to Dec. 28.
If they come after the 28th, the lights will be off.
Special nights like Christmas eve they will be on longer.
