Peddling for a cure

Heading out from the parking lot at Red Deer College Saturday, 150 cyclists took advantage of a beautiful day for a ride in the country.

The 15th Annual Rona MS Bike Tour continues today with cyclists leaving from Red Deer College for another 97-kilometre tour, adding to the 80-106 kilometres they rode Saturday.

The bike tour is an annual fundraiser to support break-through Multiple Sclerosis research as well as to support a host of services and programs for sufferers of the disease.
