Red Deer RCMP are looking for two teens who have been missing since last weekend.

Mabel Roasting and David Kennedy, both 14, were reported missing to police. Kennedy was last seen on July 12 and Roasting was reported missing on July 13.

Kennedy left his home on his bicycle, a grey-white rally model with an attached water bottle holder. Police said he is known to spend time at the Collicutt Centre, Recreation Centre, downtown McDonald’s and other downtown locations. RCMP have checked those locations and have not located him.

Police describe Kennedy as about 1.75 metres (five foot nine) tall with a slim build. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black shorts and a bright blue spandex shirt.

Roasting is described by police as aboriginal, about 1.72 metres (five foot eight) tall with a slim build, weighing about 45 kg (100 pounds). She has hazel or green eyes and long black hair, that may also be newly coloured red.

Police said they do not have a photo of Roasting.

If anyone has information about either Roasting or Kennedy’s whereabouts, they are asked to call Red Deer RCMP at 403-343-5575.
