The instrument was bought and donated by Steve Woolrich, at left, to mark his 50th birthday and after he’d seen street pianos for anyone to play or listen to in other cities. Youth from the art program Street Ties will later paint a mural on the instrument located between Sunworks and Thai Garden Restaurant.
