CALGARY — A Calgary man has admitted to shooting an innocent bystander at a restaurant on New Year's Day in 2009.

Real Honorio pleaded guilty today to second-degree murder in the death of Keni Su'a at the Bolsa restaurant.

Toni Roulston, Honorio's lawyer, said her client wants to move on.

Su'a was gunned down as he ran from the restaurant as two men shot and killed Sanjeev Mann and his associate, Aaron Bendle.

The violence was part of an escalating feud between two rival Calgary gangs, Fresh Off the Boat and FOB Killers.

There's no word yet on a sentencing date for Honorio.
