Six-vehicle crash injures five, started with logging truck
CLAIRMONT — Mounties says five people were injured when a logging truck struck vehicles stopped for a train in northwestern Alberta.
It happened around 10:30 a.m. Monday on Highway 2 at Clairmont, which is north of Grande Prairie, and closed the road until 2:30 p.m.
RCMP say the logging truck one of the stopped cars, which then hit the vehicle in front of him.
The logging truck also hit a pickup truck in another lane, which hit a second pickup truck and that vehicle hit a van.
