RCMP recover stolen vehicles and equipment

More than $100,000 worth of stolen property was recovered by RCMP from a rural property south of Gasoline Alley on Feb. 22.

Among the items were two trucks, two snow machines, two dirt bikes, one quad, one motorcycle, as well as other equipment.

Blackfalds RCMP said the property was found after police followed up on a tip from Rural Crimewatch members and the public.

The following items were recovered: a maroon 2003 Ford F350 truck, a black 2011 Ford F350, a white 2007 Polaris Outlaw 525 quad, a red 2015 Polaris Pro RMK snow machine, a red 2011 Xmoto x37 dirt bike, a blue Polaris snow machine, a Husqvarna Ranger 455 Chainsaw, a Stihl Chainsaw, a Honda 2000 generator, a Makita air compressor, a trailer with a welding trail blazer welder/generator, a red Yamaha YZFR1 motorcycle, and a white Yamaha dirt bike.

Police said most of the property owners have been identified except for items in photos shared with media.
