A Red Deer RCMP officer’s vehicle was rammed when officers went to investigate a suspicious vehicle on Friday afternoon.
Police said officers received a suspicious vehicle report about 2:30 p.m. When police arrived at a parking lot on the north side of Red Deer two suspects were seen standing by a vehicle.
It is alleged the two then got into the vehicle and used it to ram the police vehicle.
The two suspects fled on foot but were quickly arrested. Multiple charges are pending against both suspects.
