Residents near Red Deer held at gunpoint during home invasion

Three suspects involved in Linn Valley incident

Residents of a home just north of Red Deer were held at gunpoint by three people on Monday morning while being robbed.

Blackfalds RCMP are now looking for a woman and two men who are suspects in the home invasion that occurred in Linn Valley at about 8 a.m. Linn Valley is located in Red Deer County, on Hwy 11A about seven km north of the city.

The suspects entered the residence carrying long-barrelled guns. Once inside, the victims were held at gunpoint as the suspects went through the home. The suspects fled after taking cash and personal items belonging to the victims.

The victims were not injured during the incident.

One suspect was female, approximately 1.7 metres (5 ft 10 in ) tall, thin build, wearing all black with a skull mask. The other two suspects were male, dressed in all black and wearing face masks. A vehicle was used by the suspects but no description was obtained.
