The event brought in $72,000 when it was held in October. That money will be donated to various organizations in Red Deer.

On Monday, $20,000 was donated to Family Services of Central Alberta’s Health Families program. The program supports first-time parents and helps them create stable, nurturing environments for their children, according to the FSCA’s website.
