Anna BELZEROWSKI

BELZEROWSKI Anna Belzerowski (Sas) of Red Deer passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at the age of 72 years. Anna was born in Holland on December 25, 1933. She came to Canada in the early fifties and then married Chester. Together they raised seven children. Anna was a resident of Red Deer for more than fifty years. She will be remembered for her ability to play the piano and organ. She was also skilled at knitting and crocheting. Anna enjoyed Bingo and she especially enjoyed having coffee with Tara. Anna will be lovingly remembered by five children; Tom (Deb) of Calgary, Christina (Willie) Mar of Edmonton, Bob (Marlis) of Red Deer, Kathy Bogle of Red Deer and Chester (Richelle) of Red Deer, eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by three siblings; Sylvia (Joe) Pelz of Red Deer, Tom Sas of Red Deer and Fy Volenecz of Ontario as well as a long-time friend, Willie Rose. Anna was predeceased by her husband Chester, one son, Ed, one daughter, Sylvia and one grandson, Dean Mar. A Memorial Service will be held at the Red Deer Funeral Home (6150 – 67 Street) on Friday, January 6, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Anna Belzerowski can do so to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (#101, 5208 – 53 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 5K2).
