June 17, 1930 - July 4, 2017
Mr. Anthony "Tony" Klessens, beloved husband of Maria (Mary) Klessens, passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2017 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital at the age of 87. He was the loving father of Margaret (John) Velthuis Kroeze, Louis (Andre) Klessens, Tony (Kelly) Klessens, and Kathy Bayley. Tony will also be dearly missed by his numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his son, Alwin Klessens.
Tony was a kind, gentle person who was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. We will always think of him when we look at the many paintings he left for his family and friends to enjoy.
A Prayer Service and visitation will be held on Monday, July 10th, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Eventide Funeral Home, 4820 - 45th Street, Red Deer. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 6 McMillan Avenue, Red Deer.
