BACHELDER, 1943 - 2007 Merel Bachelder, affectionately known as Moe, of Bethany CollegeSide, Red Deer passed away at Red Deer on Sunday, February 4, 2007 at the age of 63 years. We all loved Merel for his jovial spirit in every situation and his contagious unfaltering sense of humour. A loving father and grandfather, Merel is survived by his children; Marsha, Clint (Janette) and Cindy, his grandchildren, Evan, Erica, Alexander, Isaac and Aaron, five sisters and five brothers. Merel was predeceased by his wife, Karen, his parents, Walter and Ruby and a brother, Ross. A Public Celebration of Merel's Life will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 - 45th Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
