SHEPPARD Barbara Fay Sheppard (nee Kramer) of Penhold, AB, passed away suddenly in Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday September 30, 2006 at the age of 73 years. Barbara was born September 9, 1933 at Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Barbara was raised and educated in Buck Lake, Alberta and area. After graduation she worked in Red Deer and then listed in the Canadian Air force. While stationed in Senneterre Quebec, she met her future husband Ron. Ron and Barbara were married on August 20, 1957, a union of 49 years. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband Ron; three sons Shawn, Nat (Sylvia), Dean (Deanne); one daughter Dawn (Ray); seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two sisters, four brothers, numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Barbara was predeceased by her parents Iva and Ernie Kramer, one brother Jamie Kramer all of Buck Lake, Alberta. A Funeral Service will be held at the Baptist Church Of Innisfail (5204 Woodland Road, Innisfail) on Thursday October 5, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Innisfail Cemetery. In remembrance of Barbara, donations can be made to the Baptist Church of Innisfail, or to the Heart & Stoke Foundation. As a memorial tribute to Barbara Sheppard a tree will be planted in the Tree Memorial Park (Innisfail) by HEARTLAND FUNERAL SERVICES LTD.
