Bessie GRABER

GRABER, Bessie Rose 1921 – 2006 On June 18 Bess went to be with her Lord and Savior. Born in London, England, she married Robert William Graber during World War Two. She immigrated to Canada as a war bride in 1946. After a year in Elrose, Sask., they lived in Creston B.C. Scandia, Vauxhall and Lacombe, AB. Predeceased by her loving husband Robert in 1993, she is survived by her three sons Dave (Melissa), Rick (Linda) and Glen (Linda), sister Peg, brothers Jim (Thelma), John (Alyson), sister – in – law Darlene, grandchildren Rob, Jody (Ben), Jackie (Craig), Kristyn, Jordan, Desiree, Courtney, and Ian and 7 great – grandchildren. Heartfelt gratitude is extended to the staff of the Lacombe Nursing Home & Dr. Kinish for the wonderful care over the past several years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to the Red Deer & District SPCA, P.O. Box 931 Red Deer, AB T4N 5H3 or to the charity of the donors choice. Funeral Services will be held from St. Cyprian's Anglican Church Lacombe on Friday, June 23, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. Cremation entrusted to Wilson's Funeral Chapel & Crematorium.
