HEEMERYCK Betty Heemeryck (nee Bailey) passed away peacefully at Cedars Villa Extendicare on October 4, 2005. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Cindy (Steve) Heemeryck of Kelowna, BC; daughter Wendy (Matt) Heemeryck of Red Deer, AB; a cherished granddaughter Kristi; grandsons, Brandon and Jordan; her sister Arlene Dear; sister-in-law Dorothy Bailey; and granddogs, Orris and Shiva. Betty was born May 21, 1930 on the family farm near Okotoks, AB and her family remained very important to her throughout her life. No matter the distance, we knew she never far. She will be remembered as a proud mother and grandmother, and as a very special friend. Her kindness and good conversation will be sadly missed.
