Carol MYER

MYER, Carol Elaine Today the family of Carol Elaine Myer (Smith) sadly says goodbye to a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, honored and loved. Carol was called home on December 25, 2004. Carol was born in Red Deer on November 7, 1943. When she was 2 weeks old the Smith family moved north to Berwyn, AB. They moved back to the Red Deer area in 1947. She attended school in Blackfalds and Lacombe and at the young age of 17 married Larry Myer and started her own family. Dean was born in 1962 and Coreena in 1964. Carol had a very close and loving relationship with her children, grandchildren and sisters. Carol loved to golf, curl, travel, camp, rodeo, socialize and play cards. She had a quirky sense of humor and an enormous heart even when life threw her a curve ball.
