MACKENZIE Catherine Macgregor Catherine Macgregor Mackenzie of Eckville passed away November 27, 2008 at the age of 95 at the Bethany Care Home, Sylvan Lake with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Simon, son Duncan, infant daughter Simone, daughter-in-law Shirley, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She is forever remembered by her daughter Marj of Red Deer, sons Bill (Darleen) of Kelowna, David (Mary) of Eckville; sister Ethel (Melvin) of Calgary, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Funeral Service for the late Catherine Mackenzie will be held at the Eckville Community Center, Eckville on Tuesday, December 2 at 1:30 P.M. with Reverend Sandra Franklin-Law officiating. Interment will follow in the Eckville Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Catherine's memory may be made to the Bethany Care Society, Sylvan Lake or the Eckville Manor.
