TOMBS Cecil It is with sadness that the family of Cecil Ernest Tombs announces his passing in Red Deer on Thanksgiving Sunday, October 12, 2008 at the age of 81 years. Dad is now at peace with Mom, who predeceased him on September 15, 1976. Cecil will be lovingly remembered by his son Cameron of Red Deer, and daughters; Kathleen Spkysma of Sedgewick, AB, Colleen Tombs of Red Deer, and Carol-Anne Depta (Steve) of Red Deer. He will be also be dearly missed by his seven loving grandchildren. Cecil is also survived by one sister Patricia Cole of Grants Pass, Oregon and one brother Thomas Tombs of Edmonton, AB. He was predeceased by his parents Hilda and Cecil. A Funeral Service for the late Cecil Tombs will be held at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 – 67A street, Red Deer, AB on Friday October 17, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the Red Deer Cemetery.
