GAINER Colin Gainer of Red Deer passed away suddenly in Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at the age of 49 years. Colin was a long time employee at Canada Post, but, he was known as an outdoorsman, he especially loved camping. He also enjoyed working on cars and had an interest in collectable cars. His motorcycle was his passion. He enjoyed swimming and reading; his favourite topic was the old west. The most important thing to Colin was his family; no matter what happened, his family and friends came first. Colin will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Donlea, one son, Randie Gainer (Tara Rorke) and one daughter, Asholie Gainer (Kyle Morrison). He is also survived by his mother, Bharbara Gainer, one brother, Kurc Gainer and one sister, Jollean (Pete) Wilson. Colin was predeceased by his father, Ross Gainer and his dog, Shastaa.
