ZAHARA Cora Joyce Cora Joyce Zahara passed away suddenly at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Sunday, August 10, 2008 after a prolonged illness. Joyce was born on March 24, 1932, the only child of Alexander and Beulah Baird. She was predeceased by her father Alex in 1967 and her mother in 1989. Left to mourn her passing are her loving husband of 51 years, Nick Zahara; daughters Nicola (Bill) Armstrong of Youngstown, AB and Dawna (Darrel) Wyton of Spruce Grove, AB; grandsons Nathan Armstrong, Nicholas Armstrong Christopher Armstrong, Blaine Wyton, and granddaughter Katelin Wyton. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Memorial Service for Joyce will be held at CrossRoads Church, 38105 Range Rd. 275, Red Deer, AB on Friday, August 15, 2008 at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joyce may be made to the Canadian Bible Society.
