Dale NELSON

May 12, 2007

NELSON Dale E. Nelson returned to Mother Earth on May 7, 2007. Dale was born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta April 7, 1952. In 1965 Dale moved to Red Deer where he attended Central Junior High and Lindsay Thurber. Dale's love of gardening provided employment on Vancouver Island and many years with the City of Red Deer's Parks department. He had recently retired and moved to the Mable Lake, B.C. area where nature filled the senses. Great sadness will be felt by Bonnie Bath his loving partner, who fulfilled Dale's retirement dream. Dale will be forever remembered by his Father, Les Nelson, his brothers Bryan (Donna), and Gary, one niece, Chantelle (Stan) Cappis, one nephew Graham (Jenny) Nelson and several great nieces and nephews. Dale was predeceased by his mother Dorothy A. Nelson in 1998. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the S.P.C.A. or Medicine River Wildlife Center (medicineriverwildlifecentre.ca). Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of Dale's life, 1:30 p.m. on June 12th at the Red Deer Legion.
