It is with a heavy heart that the family of Darold Jones announce his passing September 15, 2017.
Darold, passed away peace-fully in God's loving arms at Foothills Hospital, with his beloved wife, Beverly, and family at his side.
Darold is survived by Beverly, his loving and devoted wife of 62 years; one son, Bradley (Dot Laing) of Edmonton; one daughter, Janice Beaudet (Andre) of Almonte, ON; two very precious granddaughters Chantal (Paul) Dolan, and Katrina (Steve) Rivard, both of Kanata, ON; one sister, Carol (Harold) Buhr of Saskatoon, SK; and along with several brothers/sisters in-laws, many special nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their deep gratitude to EMS and the healthcare team at Foothills Hospital (RN's Cody and Chris, and Dr. Faulk) for their compassion during Darold's final hours.
He will be missed by so many.
A celebration of life will be held at Sylvan Lake Memorial Presbyterian Church, 5020 48 Street, on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 1:30 pm.
