DHILLON, 1964 - 2006 On May 3, 1964, Sheila Dhillon was born at Victoria, British Columbia to Mrs. Brejinder Kaur Dhillon and Mr. Jagdev Singh Dhillon. Sheila was always an outstanding student and political activist. She received her M. A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and pursued her Doctrate at the University of Montreal. Sheila was an outstanding contributor to political science academic journals. She had a great connection with her students. Sheila came to Red Deer recently after teaching at Simon Fraser University and Kwantlen College in British Columbia. Sheila is survived by her loving mother and father and her older sister Tina and her twin brother Shawn. She is loved and will be forever missed by all.
