COLTER Don Colter of Gull Lake passed away on June 3, 2005 at the age of 49 years. He will be remembered for his contagious enthusiasm, and love of the good life. His passionate thirst for adventure was quenched by his weekend hunting trips with his friends and his son. In the off season, he could be found enjoying golf, sun and spirits at the lake. His memory will be fondly treasured by his parents Dr. Don and Sue Colter, his sisters Jan and Barb, his children Layna and Dan, and by the love of his life Barb McGillivray. Never has a man been loved by so many people. Although his family members are the only ones mentioned above, Don is also survived by an amazing and ever supporting group of friends. We invite family and friends to join us in celebration of Don’s life at his home in Gull Lake (#5 Premier Ave.) on Saturday, June 11, 2005 for a casual service at 3 P.M. and cocktails to follow. Don was a great advocate of filling out your organ donor card and one of his final wishes was for everyone to take the time and fill out their own.
