Earl KLEEBERGER

KLEEBERGER Earl Kleeberger passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on December 10, 2007 after a long and courageous struggle with heart disease at the age of 84 years. Earl is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Myrtle. Also surviving him are his daughters, Carmen (Glenn) Olson, Reta (Bruce) McPhail, and Terry Kleeberger all residing in Calgary; his stepchildren, Terry (Judy) Ireland of Sylvan Lake, and Patsy (David) Othen of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia; his grandchildren are Daryll and Robyn Melnychuk, Lauren (Andrew) Davis, Jacquelyn McPhail, Jason, Kristina (Mike) and Nicole Ireland; Earl's dear brother and sister, Glenn (Marjorie) Kleeberger of Eckville and Leotta Moore of Red Deer; his sister-in-law Verna Klippert of Whitehorse, Yukon, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Roy; mother, Irma; sisters, Helen Simpson, Ellen Parry, and Della Tucker and his brother, Leon. Earl's greatest joy was his family and his wide circle of friends from Sylvan Lake, Claresholm, Bonanza, and Saskatchewan. His kind and gentle manner and wonderful sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was admired for his excellent woodworking craftsmanship and a mentor to all. Earl loved rural life and his years spent farming in Sylvan Lake, Clareshom and Bonanza. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the Memorial Presbyterian Church, 5020-48 Street, Sylvan Lake, on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. Cremation entrusted to Rocky Mountain Crematorium.
