SHERIDAN, Edward (Ted) William
November 9, 1926 - February 28, 2017
Edward (Ted) William Sheridan passed away on February 28, 2017 at the age of 90 in Sylvan Lake Alberta. Ted was born in Kelowna BC on November 9, 1926 and resided in Calgary until he retired in 1987. He will lovingly be remembered by his six children: Peggy and Boyd Helm, Gord and Lisa Sheridan, Douglas Roy Sheridan, Lori Meier, Diana Poffenroth, Nancy and Ralph Hartman, nine grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.
Ted was an avid reader, loved his canaries and enjoyed the outdoors and sunshine.
He was proud of his service in the Merchant Marines during WWII and following the war he worked at numerous different professions throughout his lifetime; he retired from Montreal Trust in 1987.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 4 at 11:00 am at the Bentley Cemetery, Bentley, Alberta. Condolences can be forwarded to www.sylvanlakefuneralhome.ca
