ROTH Eldred "El" Cecil passed away on Monday, April 9, 2007 at the age of 78 years. El will be lovingly missed by Florence, his wife of 55 years; their daughter, Janice and sons: Bruce (Sharon), Jim, and John (Joan). El was blessed to be loved by Grandchildren: Dennis, Tammy, Mark, Megan, Ben and Bethany, as well as Great Granddaughter, Alexis. El's memory will also be cherished by his siblings: Elsie, Melvina, Archie, Geraldine, and Merina. A Celebration of El's life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287-67A Street, Red Deer, AB on Friday, April 13, 2007 at 1:00 P.M.
