TEASDALE, Elva 1926 - 2006 Elva Teasdale of Red Deer, formerly of Calgary, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on August 2, 2006 at the age of 79 years. Elva will be deeply missed by her son Tom of Calgary, daughter Val and Gene Vollmin of Eckville, grandson Brad and Penny Vollmin of Red Deer, one granddaughter Tricia Vollmin of Calgary, one sister Jean Chase of Vulcan and very special friend Shannon Miller of Calgary; and numerous nieces and nephews. Elva was predeceased by her husband Jim in 1984. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion, Forest Lawn Branch, and spent many enjoyable hours volunteering for them. Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 -4th Street, N.W. (within the valley of Queen's Park Cemetery) on Friday, August 4, 2006 at 2:30 pm.
