It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our baby girl, our love Emily.
Emily's life began as quickly as it ended and during her short time in this world she impacted so many. She had the natural ability to draw people to her and once you met her she would capture your heart.
Emily's charismatic personality and loving heart brought so much joy to those around her. She touched so many lives, there wasn't a day that went by that someone did not share how she had affected or changed their life in some way.
Through the many challenges and obstacles she faced in her life, every day was full of learning new things and experiencing new adventures. She was always full of surprises and we were so proud of her accomplishments.
Emily was a gift from God and she spent her life bringing joy and warming the hearts of others.
We could not be more proud of Emily for her love, strength and courage. We will miss her dearly.
Gone far too soon, she will continue living on in the many hearts she touched in her life.
Emily leaves behind her parents, Blair Foster and Christa Elliott; sister, Kailyn Buehler; grandparents, Bonnie Beck (Wayne Hillier), Jim Elliott, Don Foster, Lyla Foster (Norm Jensen); great grandma, Alice Stamper; aunts and uncles, Donald Elliott, Brad and Leah Foster, and their children, Ethan, Sophia and Clara; along with many other family members and friends.
Donations in memory of Emily can be made to the Global Hydranencephaly Foundation, Red Deer Hospital Pediatrics, Ronald McDonald House Charities or Alberta Children's Hospital.
A Visitation is to be held at Eventide Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
A Celebration of Life is also to be held at Eventide Funeral Home, Friday, June 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
