FEAR 1923 - 2007 Mrs. Gwen Fear of Red Deer, passed away with her family by her side, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Friday, February 9, 2007 at the age of 83 years. Gwen was born on February 22, 1923 at Ettington, Saskatchewan. Gwen loved her family dearly and her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were a very important part of her life. She was an avid golfer, curler and a duplicate bridge player. Gwen will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and dear friends. Gwen leaves to mourn her loss, her children, Gail (Al) Quinn and Brenda (Gord) Murphy, all of Red Deer, her grandchildren, Aaron (Kelly) Beattie of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Stacey (Neil) Hamel of Cochrane, Alberta, Lisa (Dan) Nordin of Edmonton, Alberta, Jennifer (Tyler) Gouldie and Josh Navin, all of Red Deer and her six great grandchildren, Morgan, Delanie, Alexander, Emma, Elijah and Naomi. She will also be sadly missed by her brother, Frank (Irene) Morrison of High River, Alberta and two sisters, Norrine Pearson of Calgary, Alberta and Joyce (Lawrence) Penno of Regina, Saskatchewan. Gwen was predeceased by her husband, Cliff, a sister, Edith and two brothers, Walter and Herbert. A Public Funeral Service will be held at Gaetz Memorial United Church, 4758 Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
