CABRERA Feliza Cabansag Cabrera of Red Deer passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on April 15, 2007 at the age of 86 years. Feliza and her husband emigrated from the Philippines in 1981. They lived in Calgary for a few years and then moved to Red Deer in 1994. She was a school teacher for many years in the Philippines. Feliza will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Benjamin Cabrera, three daughters; Andrea (Des) Fines of Orlando, Florida, Dorie (Ed) Gapuz of the Philippines and Aster (Ed of Saudi Arabia) De Jesus of Red Deer, seven grandchildren; Abigail (Manny) Mojica, Terence Fines, Adalaine Fines, Kristin Fines, Winchelle (Benjie) Bajo, Roselynn Cortez and Donnie Cortez and three great grandchildren; Annika, Brielle and Kaila. Feliza was predeceased by her parents, Juan and Isabel Cabansag, one sister, Petra and one brother, Prudencio. Those wishing to pay their respects can do so at the Red Deer Funeral Home (6150 - 67 Street) on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. A Prayer Service will take place at the Red Deer Funeral Home on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church (6 McMillan Avenue) on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. with Father Gary Lee Celebrant.
