FOURNIER, Mary-Ann Patricia Fournier of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away quietly at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at the age of 51 years. Mary-Ann was born on December 27, 1954 at Poland and came to Canada with her family at the age of nine years. She grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario and moved to Red Deer in 1980, where she raised her two children, Julia and Chris. Mary-Ann will be remembered as a woman with a kind heart and a willingness to help others. She was dearly loved and will be dearly missed. Mary-Ann leaves to mourn her loss, her loving children, daughter, Julia Fournier (A.J. Stenhouse) and son, Chris Fournier (Brandi Makey), both of Red Deer. She will also be sadly missed by her mother and stepfather, Anna and Stan Adamkowski of Thunder Bay, Ontario, her stepbrother, Joe (Michelle) Adamkowski, also of Thunder Bay, as well as numerous other family members and dear friends. A Funeral Service was held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, February 24, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation followed at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
