WEIDER, Gary Michael Mr. Gary Michael Weider, much loved husband of Roberta Weider of Penhold, Alberta, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, August 16, 2004. Gary was a very youthful 46 years old. Left to hold Gary close is his wife Roberta, mother; Erna Weider, sisters; Dee (Gord), Donna (Frank) and Shirley (Dave), brother Les, sister-in-law; Natasha (Perry), brother-in-law Robert, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family, along with many dear friends. Gary was predeceased by his father John and brother Douglas. Gary enjoyed working at Central Alberta Truss as Foreman for the past 15 years. In his spare time Gary enjoyed taking his long time best pal Bud for long walks. Gary also enjoyed his great camping trips out west with his special niece Aleisha and Buddies, Butch, Ronw, Ben and Rong. Funeral service for Gary Weider will be held at the Innisfail Funeral Home, Saturday August 21, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Matthew Hyde officiating. If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or STARS.
