LAVERY Gerard Edwin 1946-2008 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gerard Lavery of Red Deer, AB, at the age of 61 years. On June 16, 2008, surrounded by loved ones, Gerard peacefully left this world for a better one. Left to mourn his loss are his extended family, Cody and Michelle Colhoun, along with their children Kennedy and Tanner; friend Shaunette; best buddies, Kurt and Donita Stewart; sisters, Maureen (Dave) Seaton and Teresa (Allan) Thoreson; brothers, Ray (Marion), Hugh, Bob and Pat; and his five nieces and four nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Veronica. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011-114 St. Edmonton; interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In addition, a celebration of Gerard's life will be held Thursday, July 10, 2008 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Relax Crew Clubhouse, 6332 Orr Drive, Red Deer.
