Howard Martin Shea

It is with great sadness that we announce Howard Martin Shea, of Campbell River, B.C., passed away peacefully Sunday, June 18th at 88 years of age. He will be sadly missed by his loving common-law wife of 38 years, Lynda Knechtel; son, Ken Shea (Wanda); step-daughters-in-law: Bernadette Henshaw (Murray), Joy Toth (Oliver) and Hope VanEs; precious grandchildren Krystle Sawatsky (Riley), Joshua Shea and step-grandchildren Josh, Justin and Jayden; his adored great-grandchildren Ryker and Aliya Sawatsky, Jayce Shea and step-great-grandchildren Owen Toth and Elena. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Eileen, mother and father Gladys & Darwin Sea, sister and brother-in-law Lillian (nee Shea) and Doug Miller.
We would like to extend our sincere heartfelt thanks, appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Angela Logan and the New Horizon Palliative Care Team, in particular Director Elaine, office staff Lori and Chantel, nurses Mark, Michelle and Lisa and many others that we didn't get their names (sorry) for their professional and very passionate manner in caring for our father. Howard had requested to not have a service. Donations may be made to your local Legion.
