MALAINEY, James John James John Malainey passed away on July 19th, 2004 at the age of 60 years. He is survived by his son, Darren (Kendra) Malainey, daughter, Debi (Steve) Dulyk as well as seven grandchildren; Alexis, Cassie, Rylan, Dallan, James, Devan and Stephenie. He is also survived by his mother Lena, two sisters, Liz and Olga, and brother, Adam James is also predeceased by his father Jack Malainey. James was born in Spirit River, grew up on the farm and schooled in the area. He was a bricklayer by trade for most of his working life. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 - 67A Street, Red Deer on Friday, July 23rd, 2004 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.. Mass of Christian burial will be held at the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, .... on Saturday, July 24th, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. with Father Gary Sedgwick officiating. Graveside Service to follow at Ksituan Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of James Malainey to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation, #101, 5208 - 53 Avenue, Red Deer, AB T4N 5K2.
