MURPHY, Jean Bell Jean Bell Murphy passed away peacefully at the R.D.R.H. Sunday, Nov. 20, at the age of 54 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jean leaves to mourn her loss her loving and devoted partner of 30 years, Richard Slemp, father Frank Murphy, brothers John, Jim (Laura), 2 nephews, a niece, and a special Aunt Jean. Jean was born and raised in Red Deer and worked in the hospitality business prior to her and Richard moving to their Eckville acreage 3Zx years ago. She loved tending her yard and flowers when not working in the road building industry. Her favorite times were spent at the camp fire with family, friends and pets. Jean requested there be no funeral and that a private memorial/wake be held at a later date. The families wish to express their sincere thanks to Dr. S.
