CZAJKOWSKI John William April 28, 1964 ~ September 12, 2008 John died suddenly at his home. He is survived by his beloved sons, Jared & Calvin who were his pride and joy and continued support. He will be dearly missed by his mother, Marlene and is survived by his sister, Lorraine (Bailer). John was predeceased by his father, Alex and by his brothers, Larry and Gregory. A prayer service will be held on Friday, September 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Baker Funeral Chapel, 5302 50 ave., Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Celebrant will be Deacon Leo Farley. Donations are gratefully accepted to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta / N.W.T. Division. Cremation has taken place.
