ROW Julie Carolyn Row was born July 8, 1992 in Red Deer, AB. She is survived by Colin Row, Doris Row and brother Joel Andy Row, as well as numerous grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins from Western Canada. Julie attended Blackfalds Elementary, then Iron Ridge Junior High in Blackfalds and Lacombe Junior High School where she was in grade 9. Julie was a fun loving, free-spirited girl who loved hanging with all her friends. She was easy going and had a wonderful sense of humor. She liked being herself in her own unique style. Julie enjoyed different types of music as she grew. Family was always important as well as family camping trips. She will be sadly missed by everyone.
