LAPSHINOFF, Mr. Cecil Lapshinoff, beloved husband of Mrs. Vickie Lapshinoff of Red Deer, passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Nursing Home on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at the age of 87 years.
