LEDUC Mr. Raymond John Leduc of Innisfail passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the Innisfail Health Care Centre. Raymond served in the RCAF from 1953-1978 and moved on after 25 years of duty. He then worked 10 more years at the Bowden Institution, retiring with 35 years of service. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 54 years, Helen and his children; Gary (Kim) Leduc, Gregory (Shirley) Leduc, Donna (George) Anschetz, Linda (Donald) Perlin, Debra (Tom) Lillies, as well as numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren. His older brother Alfred (Yvonne) Leduc will also miss him greatly. He was predeceased by his sister, Janet Samson, and brother–in-law Paul Samson. He will be remembered for his contagious smile and quick wit. We will remember the good times, the big fish, the good scores in golf and the many dances we enjoyed. We choose to remember the vital man that he was and the love of music he passed on to all he left behind. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Charity of One’s choice. Funeral Mass for the late Raymond Leduc will be held Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 4304 49 Ave. Innisfail with Father George Nellissery celebrant and interment will be at the Innisfail Cemetery.
