STOL Leonard (Len) 1927 - 2008 Psalm 42:1-2 The Lord has called into His own, His child, Leonard Stol on October 6, 2008 at the Lacombe Health Care Centre, at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Theresa, 7 daughters, Shirley (John) of Blackfalds, Tilly (Martin) of Bentley, Lucy (Tim) of Lacombe, Irene (Scott) of Lacombe, Nancy of Calgary, Betty Jane (Rick) of Lacombe, Miranda (Michael) of Italy, and 2 sons, Clarence (Ana) of Red Deer and Edward (Cora) of Blackfalds. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and their spouses, 8 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Rennie, Hilda, Linda, and 2 brothers, Peter and John. Len was predeceased by one brother, Albert, his parents Klaas and Tine, and 3 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held for the late Leonard Stol at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, 5704-51 Ave, Lacombe, AB with Pastor J. Lewis officiating. Nursery services available at church. Interment to follow at the Blackfalds Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
